Installation will be performed remotely.  If requested, on-site installation [to any Kentucky County] will be provided for a nominal charge for the original installation, including travel expenses  (Mileage, based on state standards; hotel, if necessary). Re-installation will be billed at the per-hour support rate, even if annual support has been purchased.

Annual support:
Annual support includes technical assistance and troubleshooting.  Annual support also includes upgrades made to the software over the course of the year.  These updates will be provided to clients whose annual support fees have been paid.
