FCAS – Fiscal Court Accounting Software

Fiscal Court Accounting Software (FCAS) is an accounting software package developed for Kentucky county treasurers and finance officers. FCAS was developed by working closely with several county treasurers in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

FCAS was developed to be an easy-to-use tool to aid the county treasurer in meeting the accounting requirements of the Department of Local Government. FCAS has been used by several Kentucky counties since 1998.

FCAS is updated frequently to address any state mandated changes and to improve the usability and functionality of the software.
